We do not entertain returns. All sales are final.

Exchanges

In case of a product damage or size issue, we accept exchanges. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

Unboxing Video Requirement

For any claim related to product damage, an unboxing video is mandatory. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted. Please ensure you record the unboxing of your package before opening it.

Refund Processing Timeline

We do not offer returns. However, in the event of a cancelled order or a payment failure, any amount debited will be refunded to the original payment source within 5 to 7 working days from the date of cancellation or failure confirmation.
