BULANI is a luxury men's footwear brand based in India, dedicated to reviving the art of bespoke leather craftsmanship. Every pair is handcrafted using premium tanned leather and time-honoured techniques, creating footwear that is built to endure — not just impress.
Where are BULANI products made?
All BULANI footwear is handcrafted in India, rooted in a heritage of artisanal leatherwork that spans generations. Each piece is made with meticulous attention to detail, honoring centuries of traditional craft.
What materials do you use?
We use only premium tanned leather that is LWG (Leather Working Group) certified — ensuring our materials meet the highest environmental and ethical standards. Our cork collections use European cork, chosen for its natural resilience, lightweight comfort, and eco-friendly quality.
Orders and Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹2,000 within India. Orders below ₹2,000 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹149. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders within India are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. International orders may take 10–15 business days depending on location. You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We do not entertain returns, In the case of a manufacturing defect or size exchange, notify us at bulani.store@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Claims beyond this period won't be entertained.
Can I exchange my size?
Yes, size exchanges are available subject to stock availability. Please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Care and Maintenance
How do I care for my BULANI leather slides?
To keep your leather slides looking and feeling their best, we recommend the following:
- Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth after each use.
- Apply a quality leather conditioner every few months to maintain suppleness.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to water or direct sunlight.
- Store in the dust bag provided when not in use.
