ORDERS
Each order placed is considered an expression of interest until formally confirmed by BULANI.
Upon placing your order, you will receive an acknowledgement. Orders are typically processed within two weeks, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Should any delay arise, you will be informed with due care.
Once dispatched, a final confirmation along with tracking details will be shared.
PAYMENT & DUTIES
Payments are securely processed via PayGlocal and Razorpay.
All domestic orders include GST at 18%. For international purchases, any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend consulting your local customs authority for further clarity.

Madras Leatherworks shall not be held liable for any alterations in colour, texture, or structure, nor for incidental or consequential outcomes following service.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai.
